Compact, precise and economical
Sagetech's Koolkut range fulfilled both of Daniel's principal requirements, and Chippendale Builders' Koolkut KK16 was delivered in early 2008. The machine is designed with compact operation in mind, and despite being able to cross-cut, rip or cut diagonally to the full width and length of boards of up to 3.1m by 1.6mm, has an operating footprint of just 710mm by 3750mm.

Running on a standard single-phase 13A supply, the Koolkut connects easily to existing dust extraction systems. A unique system of sealed bearings running on ground and hardened linear shafts, mounted on a heavy-duty frame, provides high precision and smooth running while at the same time allowing the saw to carry an eye-catching price tag.
