To fulfil a cross-cut the saw blade has to pass right through the panel. However the panel has to be supported, so all wall saws have designated cutting points at which the blade can pass through gaps between the panel supports.
On Koolkut saws these points are exactly 500mm apart enabling an operator using the quick stop to size panels quickly, easily and precisely, up to the full capacity of the Koolkut model.
