To minimise chipping of MFC and veneered board we recommend using a High Bevel saw blade.
For good all round use the general purpose Triple Chip blade is ideal.
In the rare event that chipping should occur when cutting plastics with a Triple Chip blade, Sagetech can provide an acrylic/plastics SAC200 high-speed steel non-tipped blade. These blades have an exceptionally large number of teeth which reduces the danger of chipping.
For thin steels use a soft carbide blade.
