Angle cutting
Unique to the Koolkut, Sagetech's angle cutting accessory allows for cutting any angle, to the full length and breadth of the sheet. Simple and compound angles alike are made simple.

Blades
Sagetech's blades use exceedingly hard carbide, reducing the frequency with which they need sharpening. Each tooth receives additional carbide, increasing the number of times it may be sharpened.

High bevel blade: arguably the best approach to single-blade cutting of materials such as melamine-faced chipboard (MFC) and veneered board. Easily sharpened.

Triple chip blade: a high quality general-purpose blade suitable for most signmaking materials, including Corex, Foamex, Acrylic, Ploycarbonate, Dibond, Aluminium and all timber-based materials.

Dust extraction
Sagetech's high vacuum / low airflow extractors are specifically designed to meet the needs of vertical panel saws, which require a system capable of coping with extraction pipes following often tortuous routes from machine to drum. Our units come with all necessary hoses, and we can provide an electronic auto-start device to ensure that the extractor is on whenever you use your Koolkut.
